Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who, when entering into a legal transaction, is acting primarily outside the scope of their business or independent professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
- On which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are to be delivered uniformly or have already been delivered;
- On which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are to be delivered uniformly or have already been delivered.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement via email: support@lun-ara.com. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
For the withdrawal period to be observed, it is sufficient for you to send us the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days from the day we received your withdrawal notice. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this refund incur any costs for you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods immediately and, in any event, no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 30-day period expires.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss in value is due to unnecessary handling on your part and this will be checked in terms of the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- For the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are produced based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer that is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- For the delivery of goods that can quickly spoil or have a short shelf life;
- For the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed in the contract, and which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations that the business has no control over;
- For the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, with the exception of subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires early in contracts:
- For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- For the delivery of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- For the delivery of audio or video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging if the seal was broken after delivery.
